Coverage as a Service (Subscription Model)

For customers that prefer an operating-expense model over a traditional capital project, Glow can offer in-building cellular coverage as a managed monthly service. Depending on the property, scope, and commercial structure, the service can bundle RF engineering, equipment, installation, monitoring, maintenance, and future retuning into a predictable recurring fee, helping customers reduce upfront capital requirements. • Site survey, RF design, equipment, installation and ongoing support can be combined under one service agreement. • Coverage objectives and acceptance criteria can be defined and verified through post-installation walk testing. • Remote monitoring and lifecycle support help maintain performance as carrier networks and spectrum configurations evolve. • Portfolio-based commercial models can support owners or operators with multiple properties.

Signal Survey and Coverage Assessment

Every deployment begins with measurement. Glow can evaluate outdoor donor signal conditions and collect indoor measurements across floors, rooms, common areas, elevators, stairwells, garages, and other priority spaces. The resulting coverage assessment identifies weak-signal areas and provides the data needed to select and size the appropriate solution. Standalone paid assessments can also support due diligence, new construction planning, tenant negotiations, or troubleshooting of an existing system.

RF Design, Compliance and Carrier Coordination

Using measured RF data and predictive-design tools such as iBwave, the engineering team can develop a right-sized indoor coverage design, select appropriate equipment, establish performance targets, and prepare the implementation plan.
